The upgrade license is available to customers who purchased a Business Benchmarks Solution (formerly known as the Business Benchmakr Library or the Gold Level Package) with one of the following versions:

V17, V18, V19 or V19.1

Please note that you will be put on a standing order that you can cancel at anytime. In order to ensure your data stays up to date, we will advise you in May 09 of the dispatch of the new version for the update price.
